A Village Hall Wedding In Scarborough

Scarborough Wedding Photographer

Debs & Mark married in my home town of Scarborough last September. Debs family home is in Burniston which is a small village on the way out of Scarborough so they held the whole wedding there - prep, pub, church and village hall reception. I do love a hometown gig......here's some of my fav's from their day!

Shout out to my friend Di at The little Pearl Bridal Boutique for supplying another awesome gown and also to WOW weddings for the incredible styling of Burniston Village Hall.

I shoot a lot of weddings at village halls, they're some of my favourite wedding venues as couples get to really put their own unique stamp on the day without any of the usual formalities, which totally suits my approach to wedding photography. If you're planning something similar and might like me to join you for the day you can get in touch and see more of my work via www.photography34.co.uk

A Woodland Wedding At Sandburn Hall In York

North Yorkshire Wedding Photographer

One of the best things about doing this "job" is I now pretty much always get the chance to shoot my friends weddings. You might think it would suck to be "working" rather than enjoying yourself as a guest but I'm never happier than when I'm this side of the camera, it's such a privilege to see every part of the day and try and make a few awesome photos for people you know.

Liam & Lucy had a beautiful mid week wedding at Sandburn Hall which is such a great venue set in a countryside / woodland setting near York, pretty much everything I could ask for at a wedding.......even the light joined us for the day!

If you're planning a Yorkshire wedding and need a photographer for the day you can see more of my work and contact me via www.photography34.co.uk I'd love the opportunity to chat things through and maybe work with you!

Cefane Wedding Eastern Cape South Africa

South African Wedding Photographer

I've always loved travelling and visiting new places so when I first started shooting weddings I was pretty keen to get some destination bookings, I never thought I'd be so lucky and get the chance to travel as far and wide as I have this year though. Needless to say I couldn't have been more excited and eager to get my passport out when Jeremy got in touch about travelling to Cefane on the Eastern Cape where he grew up to capture his and Maddy's South African wedding. Jeremy was best man at one of my UK weddings a few years ago so it was great to meet up with some familiar faces and basically an amazing bunch of people!

I'll always be honoured they invited me out there to share their wedding with them.......here's how my 4 days in South Africa looked!
