A Black Tie Wedding At Broughton Hall Estate In West Yorkshire

“WOW, EVERY PHOTO IS AMAZING…WE LOVE THEM! THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU MADE OUR EVENING LOOKING THROUGH THEM! THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING INCREDIBLE ON THE DAY, BEFORE AND AFTER”

Amy + Rich

I joined Amy & Rich for their stylish black tie wedding at Broughton Hall last March, after several date changes due to the dreaded C word! It was so lovely to meet up with them again after initially meeting a year earlier for their engagement shoot at the picturesque Formby beach.

I’ve covered quite a few weddings at Broughton Hall in the past and the venue is absolutely amazing. Offering a choice of classic 16th-century style with their historic home, a modern space at Utopia which is a contemporary building designed by Sir Michael Hopkins, ‘Eden’ which is a fabulous party house surrounded by panoramic views of the stunning Yorkshire Dales countryside and Sacred Heart Chapel offering Catholic weddings on site.

Amy & Rich maximised all 4 venues and the surrounding area to host their action-packed day. With reception drinks at Eden, food and speeches at Utopia, marshmallows and hot chocolate at the fire pit followed by sparklers and fireworks in the evening, it was a photographer’s dream.

Amy looked amazing in a LoAdoro gown from Because I Love You Bridal matched with flowers by Wildfire Floral. Rich was rocking a stylish suit by King & Allen Bespoke Tailors.

Below showcases just how amazing their day looked. To see more of my work you can visit my blog here where I’m currently sharing a variety of wedding work from my travels over the last 18 months.
