After a pandemic-induced 18 month break from shooting full wedding days, joining Charley & Luke in Northumberland was the best way possible to get back into the swing of things!

Northumberland is always an amazing location for a wedding, I’ve had so many incredible weddings in this area. It was my first visit to the stunning Doxford Barns though, which is an award-winning barn wedding venue nestled within a private 550-acre country estate, along the Northumberland coast near Alnwick.

Charley & Luke had to postpone their day so many times, it was so good to finally meet up with them and capture their day. I’m so pleased we got the most perfect day weather-wise and they were able to have their first dance and evening reception outdoors.

Last year was so condensed and busy that I’ve not had the chance to update my blog for over a year now. Here’s the first of many features from my 2021 adventures.
